Each month, the Division of IT hi-lights a service provided to the campus. This month’s service is:
Presentation / Conference & Event Support

Information technology can assist in small to large events with some technology and setups.

Equipment available includes:
• projectors
• tables for setting up projectors
• screens
• speakers
• laptops
• connectivity to power and data

Requirements/Limitations
Must be at least two week lead time.
Must be within a building on campus.

Faculty and Staff

Service Availability
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm except on university holidays.

IT’s Role
Provide functioning equipment, set up as requested, take down equipment, limited availability for on-site support.
