The IT Division is enabling a new password change feature that will be available to WCU faculty and staff from the shared login page of many applications (Office 365, GradesFirst, Curriculog, Qualtrics, Atomic Learning, OmniUpdate, etc.). The next time your password expires, you will be prompted to change it in order to complete the login.

When your WCU password expires, you will see the following password change screen, prompting you to update your password. To update your password, enter your old (current) password, enter a new password, confirm your new password by typing it again, then click Submit.

Passwords are an important aspect of computer security. IT is taking steps to protect Western Carolina University’s entire network by requiring employees to follow the Password Policy detailed in the IT Division Policies and Standards Security Manual.
