Equipment Checkout
The Division of IT manages and operates an equipment checkout system which allows students, faculty and staff to checkout a range of equipment for personal and academic use.

Eligibility
Currently enrolled students and currently employed faculty and staff with a valid photo ID are eligible.
Service Availability
Equipment can be checked out in the Technology Commons, located on the ground floor of Hunter Library. We are open the same hours as Hunter Library.
IT’s Role
We provide support for all aspects of the equipment checkout service including troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to the checkout equipment, as well as basic instruction on proper use of the equipment.
Support
The Technology Commons is staffed with trained Student Technology Assistants to aid faculty, staff and students with checking in and out equipment.
Charge for this Service
No charge – except for late fees and damage to equipment.
