IT’s Role

IT provides telephone line services to WCU faculty, staff and departments in the WCU telephone network. We assist with problems regarding your desk phone or phone line, extension and phone relocations, purchase and setup of new extensions and phones. We are responsible for maintaining billing data in the billing system and production of monthly bills.

Charge for this Service

There is no charge for most phone service requests. However, if the service you are requesting is billable (new phone line, international calling, etc.), you will need to provide the name of the Accountable Officer for your organizational unit. The request will be submitted to your Accountable Officer for approval.
