Have you had legitimate email quarantined as SPAM?  If your answer is yes, we have the information you need to retrieve messages in a timely manner and to help prevent future messages from that sender being caught in our SPAM filters.

There are two options for retrieving emails that accidently got caught by our SPAM filters. This knowledge article explains the two options for retrieving email from quarantine.

Eligibility

All WCU Faculty and Staff, with an active WCUid. Please refer to the information technology university policies regarding the employee WCUid lifecyle.

Service Availability

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of scheduled maintenance.

IT’s Role

IT maintains the Exchange Online Protection (EOP) service for faculty and staff email communication. Exchange Online Protection (EOP) is the cloud-based filtering service that helps protect the university against spam and malware.
