Greetings from the CIO
I joined your community 5 months ago and I really appreciate how welcoming and collaborative you’ve all been. Between the Catamount school and Helene, I’ve witnessed first hand your talent and dedication for this campus and our mission. I look forward to supporting you and our continued partnership as we continue to build upon past successes! I hope you have a safe and restful holiday!
Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!

Microsoft media sales makes move to Bookstore to increase purchasing availability
All university affiliates are eligible to purchase work-at-home copies of Microsoft Office (for Windows and Mac) and Microsoft Windows Vista on DVD media for personal, non-commercial use. New Wimba software offers live, virtual classroom
WCU recently upgraded its Wimba voice tools within WebCat to Wimba Classroom 6.0. Faculty now have access to this live, virtual classroom with features such as audio, video, application sharing, content display, and MP4 capabilities.
