Campus data center improvements scheduled for Dec. 30

IT will be making important changes to the campus data center infrastructure on Thursday, Dec. 30. The changes include improvements to the server, storage and network components of the data center.

Reminder: Connection protocol known as IMAP to retire Jan. 17, 2011

In order to reduce security risk to university accounts, the connection protocol known as IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) will be retired Monday, January 17, 2011.
